Mustard Batch 2.1 (Horseradish variant)

From the test den...A variation of the most recent batch 2 mustard offering with the freshest horseradish I could source!

Macerated with English Brown ale beer, mustard powder, brown and yellow mustard seeds, horseradish,  urfa biber peppers, apple cider vinegar, water, turmeric and salt.

This small test batch variant is packaged in 2oz jars to "spread" the delicious flavor around.
